The B2B Sales Practice is the entity within Concentrix that is fully focused on B2B Sales and has a unique value proposition towards clients and prospects: “Develop your revenues”. By combining GTM Consulting, Data&Analytics, Marketing and Sales, and Operations Excellence expertise, we support our clients Sales Go-to-market in various areas: Demand Generation, Inside Sales, Channel Management, Customer Success and Renewals, and Sales Support. To support and perpetuate our growth and ambitions, we are recruiting a B2B Sales SME for our AMERICAS selling theater. **What you will do in this role** In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet. + The B2B Sales SME is a key contributor to the growth of the B2B Sales practice. His/her responsibilities include the contribution to strategic planning, aggregation and animation of the B2B Sales AMERICAS sales pipeline, direct intervention on B2B Sales opportunities. + He/she defines, presents and rollout a Go to Market strategy for all B2B Sales opportunities in AMERICAS selling theater. This strategic approach is aligned with global sales strategy. + This position is aimed to structure, support and enable the growth of the B2B Sales practice in the region. As an expert, the B2B Sales SME stands by sales, solutions and account management teams to ensure on a daily basis best display of the B2B Sales value proposition, through Cross-sell or New Logo sales. + During sales processes and tender bid processes, he/she ensures key contribution and leadership on B2B Sales questions and solution definition. + This position requires both facing client abilities and a transversal internal leadership, using a strong expertise and business experience on B2B Sales matters. Missions: + **GO-TO-MARKET** + Suggest and build the B2B Sales GTM strategy for AMERICAS region (priority markets; priority verticals; value proposition matching those needs; targets definition jointly with sales & account management teams) + Support the Americas B2B Sales specialist sellers where needed in their pursuits + Define a strategy on rolling out our offering across the wider CNX portfolio, existing clients and prospects + Be the “Go to Person” for any B2B Sales related topics within the AMERICAS selling theater + **SALES ENABLEMENT** + Aggregate, animate and support B2B Sales sales pipeline in AMERICAS selling theater + Enable teams in targeted markets & regions + Structure a proper ramp up training to support sales, solution & AM people globally + Be the enabler, coach, SME who grows practices and helps sales and account management teams to close deals (new logo and cross-sell) + Be a key contributor in upselling existing clients when requested **Your qualifications** We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
