In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for developing new business opportunities in a thriving sales-driven environment. Your expertise will guide clients through the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals. Key Responsibilities: + Identify and qualify prospective clients within your designated market. + Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments and understanding customer needs to deliver effective presentations. + Build and maintain client relationships, effectively addressing objections and providing tailored service solutions. + Manage your pipeline using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all client information is up to date and accurate. + Conduct thorough follow-ups and support clients throughout the sales process. + Maintain a positive workplace culture and contribute to team success. Requirements Qualifications: + High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. + 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with proven track record of success. + Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop new business. + Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Excellent communication and negotiation skills. + Goal-driven, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently. + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
