The B2B Project Lead is responsible to lead end-to-end fulfillment and execution of high-impact business sales initiatives, with a special focus on merchandise logistics, operations, and strategic partnerships. This role will bridge sales, marketing, logistics, and external vendors to ensure flawless execution across high visibility B2B projects.

Lead cross-functional execution of B2B and business sales projects, from sale close to product deliveryManage overlapping projects involving merchandise logistics, creative needs, budget control, and tight deadlinesPartner with strategic and high-profile clients to establish expectations, delivery timelines, and logistics feasibilityEquip business sales and merchandising teams with playbooks, tools, and streamlined processes to accelerate project executionCollaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, logistics, supply chain, creative, IT) to eliminate friction points in fulfillment workflowsContinuously evaluate and improve operational processes, ensuring alignment with broader commercial goalsOwn merchandise and logistics planning for B2B sales projects (domestic and international)Confirm product availability, usage guidelines, and shipping timelines with internal teams and 3rd-party vendorsMaintain inventory tracking, product allocation, and fulfillment documentation across all involved departmentsServe as a key liaison with Regional Sales Managers for high-profile customers, corporate clients, and internal executives to manage expectations and deliverablesRepresent the brand externally as a project point-of-contact, including potential travel for project oversight or on-site execution and installationsPrepare and maintain real-time dashboards, project management tools, product lists, updates, and wrap reports for key stakeholdersOversee product and shipping budgets for B2B and marketing fulfillment; track and allocate costs to appropriate accountsAssess project risk, supply chain limitations, and escalation pathways to ensure fulfillment timelines are metWhat you’ll bring to the table…

Minimum Starting Rate: $68,000.00 AnnuallyUp to: $80,000.00 AnnuallyPay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
