**Job Description:** + We are looking for a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented Product Marketing Associate to join our growing team. + This role is ideal for someone with a background in strategy consulting or product marketing, particularly in the healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industries. + The successful candidate will play a key role in creating high-impact presentation materials that support strategic commercial opportunities across client diverse product portfolio. + Reporting to the Product Marketing Lead for Research Solutions, you will work closely with sales, product managers, and marketers to deliver compelling, narrative-driven pitch decks and contribute to broader marketing and positioning efforts. **Responsibilities:** + Develop and design high-quality, tailored pitch decks for executive-level client engagements across healthcare and life sciences portfolio. + Translate complex scientific and technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for varied B2B audiences, including pharmaceutical companies, health systems, and payers. + Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to understand strategic objectives and tailor messaging accordingly. + Contribute to the development of downstream marketing collateral, such as case studies, one-pagers, and solution briefs. + Conduct strategic market and competitive analyses to inform product positioning and commercial messaging. + Recommend market-facing claims and differentiated positioning based on insights, product updates, and customer feedback. + Ensure consistency with brand and product messaging across all externally facing materials. **Experience:** + Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or within a healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical company. + Demonstrated success in translating complex information into simplified, impactful narratives for C-level or clinical audiences. + Strong visual design skills and attention to detail in producing client-facing materials. + 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, product marketing, or a similar role. + Proven ability to create executive-ready presentations with compelling storytelling and visual polish. + Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable navigating technical content. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Self-motivated and collaborative, with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude. **Skills:** + Presentation Decks + Visual design + Product Marketing + Clinical/healthcare/life science **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
