If so, the AB Third Party (AB3P) team is seeking an exceptional B2B Go-to-Market Lead to build and scale a GTM strategy to drive Seller adoption of Amazon's fulfillment channels for top B2B selection.
In this role, you will work closely with Product Teams, Account Managers, and Sellers. Your objective will be to define the right customer experience, solve complex and ambiguous problems, and drive new feature/ tool adoption across Sellers.
This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnerships with Product, Tech, Sales, Consumer, AB Customer Marketing, Legal, PR and other teams - as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. This role requires an analytical GTM lead with a granular understanding of how to align AB3P offerings to 3P Seller objectives, while constantly adjusting based on industry trends and feedback from Sellers.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable building a business, is metrics and data driven, has a strong desire to learn and lead in a fast-paced environment. You are able to think strategically, look at the business analytically, and implement flawlessly. As a leader, the right candidate will be comfortable with executive interactions, be an excellent communicator, passionate advocate, and creative professional. You will build and inspire a positive, high-energy, results-oriented culture in our team, creating a measurable impact across Amazon Business.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute Seller-facing Go-to-Market strategies to drive awareness and adoption of exiting and new products/ features.
- Build reporting to track progress towards FBA adoption.
- Own metrics reported in QBRs presented to VPs.
- Engage with Sellers to drive new feature adoption through data led insights and collect Voice of Seller feedback.
- Manage projects in a timely fashion for multiple deliverables on competing timelines.
