Job Description

The Sr. Specialist, Sales Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs that enhance client-specific knowledge and skills, focusing on advanced sales processes and systems. This position leads collaborations with internal and/or external stakeholders to create tailored content that addresses business needs, driving efficiency and productivity across the organization. He/she/they will work autonomously with moderate supervision to ensure the effectiveness of training initiatives.Ensure new employees receive comprehensive, client-specific onboarding and training to enhance job-specific knowledge and skillsProvide skills-based coaching and client-specific training on a regular basis to support the achievement of operating plan targets, sales targets, and high customer satisfactionPartner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver effective training and development programs designed to enhance advanced sales knowledge and skills across various sales motionsAnalyze performance data and customer experience trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices tailored to specific territoriesOversee and validate the quality of training delivery to ensure it meets established standards and aligns with business goalsTrack the effectiveness of training interventions through a range of assessment tools and methodologies for continuous improvementCollaborate with stakeholders to optimize sales processes and systems, ensuring a superior customer experience is consistently achievedMaintain high-level communication with internal stakeholders to foster and develop strategic client relationships while staying informed about the evolving business environment for training material updates
