This highly visible B2B/B2C Ecommerce role has responsibility for our multi-million dollar B2B E-Commerce (Dealer Facing) solution, supporting over 500 dealer locations across North America. This solution allows our dealers to sell more parts and reach new customers who have not considered purchasing parts from their local International Truck or IC Bus dealer locations.
This solution will enable both known and unknown customers the ability to shop at their convenience for the parts they need. Additionally, our dealers have the ability to integrate the solution to allow for automatic order processing.
In this role you will be accountable to work with internal teams to grow dealer sales and customer acceptance across our network. This includes training system users, internal and external, gathering feedback, generating system improvement requirements and implementing system or process enhancements. Finally, play a key role as we continue to develop our digital Parts & Service strategy that includes repair estimating, telematics and other technologies.
