Join a fast-growing team dedicated to improving the shipper experience for vendors and sellers. As an Account Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving innovation in logistics and transportation. You’ll work directly with shippers to provide solutions, enhance performance metrics, and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and present daily transportation data.Resolve real-time shipping disruptions and challenges.Investigate and identify root causes of transportation issues.Maintain detailed daily logs for assigned shipper accounts.Lead weekly check-in calls with shippers.Host daily business review stand-up meetings.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong background in account management and Excel.Proven experience in customer service and B2B support.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with logistics, transportation, sales, and supply chain operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in supply chain or logistics.Ability to build strong relationships and stay organized.Proficiency in Outlook and professional email communication.Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
