Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Specialist, B2B Asset Management to join our Content Operations team at Fandango at Home. This role focuses on ensuring our MSO partners receive all required materials on time to support seamless content launches. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is an expert troubleshooter, and excels at building strong relationships across internal teams, content partners, and external B2B stakeholders. Key responsibilities of this position include:

Manage the timely delivery of assets to MSO partners, ensuring all required materials are complete, accurate, and delivered according to launch schedules.Monitor delivery workflows to proactively identify and resolve potential delays or issues.Serve as a liaison between B2B teams, content partners, and internal departments to align on timelines, asset specifications, and delivery requirements.Troubleshoot asset and metadata delivery issues, escalating as necessary to keep launches on track.Coordinate with internal technical teams and external partners to request replacements or updates to materials.Maintain organized tracking systems and status reports for asset deliveries and partner communications.Support special projects, process improvements, and company-wide initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in digital media operations, content delivery, or partner-facing asset management—preferably within OTT, cable, or VOD/EST distribution.

Strong understanding of content delivery workflows and asset specifications for MSO and B2B platforms.Familiarity with common file formats, codecs, and metadata standards for video, audio, and artwork.Experience with delivery and workflow tools (e.g., Aspera, Signiant, FTP, cloud-based transfer systems).Proficiency in Mac and PC environments.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Fully Remote: This role has been designated as fully remote, meaning it is expected to be performed from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, typically an employee’s residence.
