An unserem Airbus Helicopters Wartungsstandort in Kassel-Calden suchen wir tatkräftige Unterstützung als B1.3 Certifying Staff / Prüfer für Luftfahrtgeräte (d/m/w) im Bereich Super Puma - Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul!
🚁 Das sind deine Aufgaben bei uns:Regelmäßige oder außerplanmäßige Wartung
Integrieren der Komponenten, Baugruppen oder Teile für den Aufbau des Flugfahrzeugs
Durchführung der Fehlersuche und -behebung für Systeme, Ausrüstungen und die Flugfahrzeuge
Durchführen von Qualitätskontrollen der ersten Ebene
Verwendung von manuellen Werkzeugen oder Maschinen für die Passung/Montage der Teile
Strukturelle Reparaturtätigkeiten und Systemreparaturtätigkeiten
Montage-/Demontagetätigkeiten
Inspektion der Flugzeugteile
Fluglinientätigkeiten für Tests und Kontrollen
🚁 Folgende Qualifikationen / Fähigkeiten bringst Du mit:
Fachspezifische Berufsausbildung
Weiterbildung zum Meister / Techniker
Zusatzausbildung zum Prüfer: Part 66 Modulschulungen / CS CAT-B1 Lizenz
Produktkenntnisse / Type Rating Super Puma sind ein großes Plus
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Montage / Wartung von Luftfahrzeugen
Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement und in der Qualitätsprüfung wünschenswert
Sprachkenntnisse: Fachkundige Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch ist ein Plus

In order to manage current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team in Kassel Calden as soon as possible as our new B1.3 Certifying Staff (d/m/f) for Super Puma - Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul.
🚁 Your tasks and responsibilities
Regular or unscheduled maintenance
Integration of components, assemblies or parts for the construction of the aircraft
Troubleshooting and troubleshooting of systems, equipment and aircraft
Carrying out first level quality checks
Use of manual tools or machines to fit/assemble the parts
Structural repair and system repair services
Assembly/disassembly operations
Inspection of aircraft parts
Airline activities for testing and inspections
🚁 Desired skills and qualifications
Specialist vocational training
Further training to become a master / technician
Additional training for Certifying Staff: Part 66 Module training / CS CAT-B1 licence
Product knowledge and specific licence / type rating for Super Puma are a big plus
Several years of experience in aircraft assembly / maintenance is mandatory
Experience in quality management and quality control desirable
Language skills: Expert knowledge of English, German is a plus
