Who will you be working with?

As a B&C Marketing Leader (Brakes & Couplers), you will be working with a diverse group of internal and external collaborators to drive strategic marketing outcomes. 

What will your typical day look like?

Prepare and deploy product marketing plan including actions, owners, due dates and metricsAlign on demands and control PL marketing budgetCollect and Transfer Market intelligence to drive commercial strategy and product development Perform Overall and Ad-Hoc market analysis, quantification and trends (including support to Product Lines for Strategic Plan - STRAP)Coordinate actively with Sales the use of data from CRM in quality and effectiveness (market opps, tenders, fleets)Define and implement Product Go-To-Market strategy Steer the Innovation-to-Market process jointly with R&D/ Innovation and Product ManagementMonitor Wabtec positioning vs. competitors (market shares, key wins, market prices, innovations, consolidations, new technology …) and advise on how to improveCoordinate with Product Managers regular product internal training sessions/reviewsCoordinate with Sales how to strengthen Sales Value Proposition by leveraging product positioning, customer success stories, competitive differentiators, and market insightsSupport Countries and Key Account Managers in collecting Customers feedbackOrganizing Customer innovation/technology days Actively generate and keep updated marketing content in the shape of brochures, presentations, white papers, articlesBuilds and Implements the PL product communication with Corporate/Transit CommunicationsDeliver event attendance activities with PL and Corporate/Transit Communications

What do we want to know about you?

At least 15+ years of experience in Marketing or Product Management within international and industrial companies preferably in transportation and ideally in Railway Industry.Engineering education, MBA as a plusStrong marketing credentials in a business-to-business environmentCustomer oriented and able to work within a matrix environment with variety of interlocutors in different cultural environmentsStrong written and oral communication skills, able to adapt your message to various audiencesFluent in English, speaking additional languages being a plusKnowledge in PowerBI, Salesforce CRM, this is a good advantage
