We are looking for someone who can help us:
• assist in designing and implementing standards to orchestrate environment builds, upgrades, and teardowns using AKS
• support the build and maintenance of CI/CD pipeline automation on GitLab
• help analyze outages and defective states, initiating and monitoring measures to resolve them
• participate in rolling out production infrastructure and application changes
• ensure production stability, performance, and a secure infrastructure environment, working in a follow-the-sun 2-3L support organization (7-19 regional support, 24/5 global support)
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to work towards global IT solutions
• monitor and respond to security incidents and anomalies within the cloud infrastructure
• analyze cloud usage and identify cost-saving opportunities
• develop and implement automation tools to streamline cloud processes
