We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our team and lead the development efforts for Azure OpenAI projects. This role involves leveraging the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and cloud technologies to build innovative solutions that drive business value. As a Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying AI models and advanced applications on the Azure platform.
Key Responsibilities

Lead AI Development: Take charge of the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI solutions, from conceptualization and design to implementation and deployment.

Azure Integration: Utilize Azure services such as App Services, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure OpenAI to create robust and scalable AI applications.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and other developers, to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems.
•
Code Quality and Best Practices: Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation. Implement best practices for AI model development and deployment.
•
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies. Propose and implement innovative solutions to address business challenges.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Work Experience
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent.
•
Experience: Overall 5+ years of experience in rest api calls using nodejs and minimum 3 years of experience in Azure OpenAI, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
•
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as reactjs, nodejs, nextjs with experience in developing and deploying the AI solutions.
• Azure Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure services, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI.
• Proficiency with OpenAI models and frameworks (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4, Codex).
• Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
• Use Prompt engineering techniques to leverage the best LLM models
• Experience with Azure pipelines and automated deployment process.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
