This role is pivotal in driving the design, development, and operational excellence of our Azure-based cloud platform, supporting mission-critical healthcare billing applications. You will work closely with US-based senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a Safe Agile environment to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities: + Lead and mentor a team of Azure platform engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. + Collaborate with US-based leadership and product teams to align platform capabilities with business goals. + Drive the implementation of Azure best practices in infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, monitoring, and security. + Own and lead troubleshooting and resolution efforts during production outages or critical incidents, ensuring rapid root cause analysis and system restoration. + Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance to meet the demands of healthcare billing systems. + Champion Agile and SAFe methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of platform features. + Manage team capacity , performance reviews, and career development plans. + Oversee incident response, operational tasks , and proactive platform improvements. Required Qualifications: + 10+ years  of hands-on experience in  Azure platform engineering , including IaaS, PaaS, networking, and security. + Proven  people leadership experience , with a track record of managing high-performing engineering teams. + Strong understanding of  Agile/ SAFe  methodologies and DevOps practices. + Excellent  communication and collaboration skills , with the ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures. + Experience in the  healthcare domain  or other regulated industries is a plus. + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Skills: + Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-400). + Experience with tools like Terraform, GitHub Actions, and monitoring platforms (e.g., LogicMonitor , Azure Monitor, App Insights). + Familiarity with containerization (AKS, Docker) and microservices architecture. + Experience with cost allocation and financial reporting initiatives to support Finance in tracking cloud spend and optimizing budget alignment.
