Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** * Driving client projects with cloud infrastructure, cloud migrations, or data- and GenAI-related services * Advising on infrastructure design and configuration management * Giving workshops and engaging customer projects from inception to release * Becoming a trusted advisor for high-profile enterprises * Managing the client relationship and the roadmap with our sales team **Required technical and professional expertise** * Advanced experience with Cloud Architecture Design and Patterns including (Enterprise Scale) landing zones for development * Hands-on knowledge and experience of the Azure platform * Experience in leading delivery engagements for enterprise clients and large organizations * Solid engineering and technical background with experience in conceptualizing, strategizing, and architecting cloud solutions * Knowledge of security, network, virtualization, load balancing, storage, and databases * Hands-on experience with building Infrastructure-as-Code (such as Terraform or Bicep) and CI/CD pipelines * Container technologies experience (e.g. Kubernetes, OpenShift) * Coding/scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar) * Knowledge and experience around DevOps/DevSecOps and/or Platform Engineering * Fluent communication skills in English **Preferred technical and professional experience** What sets you apart (we’d consider any of these as a big plus): * Experience in backend programming with languages like C#, Java, Go, or similar * Experience leading teams of Cloud Engineers and Architects * Experience with Google Cloud and/or AWS * Passion for sharing your knowledge and mentoring others * Experience in consultancy and a pre-sales attitude * German is nice to have IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
