Here’s to crafting careers and creating new legacies. **Crafted Highlights** : **Six Pints Collective** is currently seeking a **AZ Driver** to join our team at our distribution center, located on Granville Island in **Stayner, Ontario** . This role will be responsible for ensuring the deliveries and pick-ups of product to and from Molson distribution centers, recycling plants, and picking up raw materials for Creemore Springs Brewery production. By providing exceptional customer service to our customers and always representing the brewery in a positive manner, the AZ Driver has a direct impact on the success of our business. The AZ Driver also works directly with the Driver Team Lead and Packaging department to ensure the requirements of raw materials are met. **What You'll Be Brewing** : + Responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of Six Pints products throughout Ontario. + Direct delivering of product to Molson warehouses, and Molson third party warehouses. + Delivering and pick-up of product from co-packing facility. + Picking up materials such as empty pallets, empty kegs, etc. from Molson warehouses. + Picking up raw materials and packaging from suppliers to meet production demand. + Co-Driver with our Direct Delivery Team as needed (On Premise, LCBO’s, Straight truck) (REQUIRED). + Act as an ambassador of the products and the Brewery to all customers in a positive and professional manner. + Responsible for performing daily vehicle inspections; pre-trip and post-trip as outlined in driver procedures. + Keep the vehicle in compliance with all regulations through daily inspections and reports to Distribution Manager. + Perform minor repairs as required for safe operation of vehicle. + Take pride in the overall image that truck, and driver convey to our customers and the general public. + Product inventory must be balanced each day with delivery invoices. + Responsible for the security and accuracy of the load on truck before leaving each morning. + Identify opportunities for expanding existing or future business opportunities and communicating those opportunities to the sales department. **Key Ingredients** : + Must hold a valid AZ license with a clean driving record (zero tolerance for alcohol-related infractions) + Must have a strong knowledge of regulations and requirements of operating a commercial vehicle as per the Ministry of Transportation. + Forklift certification considered a strong asset. + Must be comfortable occasionally moving heavy objects, minimum of 100 lbs. + Must be comfortable driving in rural and urban areas. + Strong attention to detail required. + A detail-oriented, sincere, and responsible person with strong organizational skills. + Must be friendly and courteous towards all customers and co-workers. **Beverage Bonuses** : + We care about our People and Planet and have challenged ourselves with stretch goals around our key priorities. + We care about our communities and play our part to make a difference – from charitable donations to hitting the streets together to build parks, giving back to the community is part of our culture and who we are. + Engagement with a variety of Business Resource Groups, which can provide volunteer opportunities, leadership experience, and networking through the organization. + Ability to grow and develop your career centered around our First Choice Learning opportunities. + Work within a fast paced and innovative company, meeting passionate colleagues and partners with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
