The Opportunity:

Administrar de forma segura y efectiva los recursos materiales y humanos en el proceso de distribución.

Encargado del almacenamiento de materiales de materia prima o producto terminado.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES (KPIs)

Recibe y revisa materiales, repuestos, equipos, y otros suministros que ingresan al almacén. /  Receives and reviews materials, spare parts, equipment, and other supplies that enter to the warehouse.

Verifica que las características de materiales, repuestos, equipos y/o suministros que ingresan al almacén correspondan con la requisición realizada. Verifies that the characteristics of materials, spare parts, equipment and / or supplies that enter to the warehouse are correct according  with the requisition.

Manejar y conservar adecuadamente los utensilios de limpieza, herramientas y refacciones /  Handle and properly conserve cleaning utensils, tools and parts.

Seguir procedimientos de ISO 9000 / Follows ISO 9000 procedures.

Reportar mantenimientos requeridos a equipos de fabricación utilizando el sistema establecido / Report required maintenance to manufacturing equipment using the established system

Llevar a cabo los registros establecidos para el control de inventarios (EPP, Regreso de Materiales, Consumo de Materiales) / Carry out the records established for the control of inventories (PPE, Return of Materials, Consumption of Materials)

Seguir las normas de calidad y su adecuada ejecución / Follow the quality standards and their proper execution.

Cumplir con normas y procedimientos de Seguridad e Higiene establecidos /  Comply with established safety and hygiene standards and procedures.

Reportar cualquier anomalía que ponga en riesgo su integridad, la integridad de la empresa, el área o el proceso / Report any anomalies that endanger their integrity, the integrity of the company, the area or the process

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/training, experience, and certifications)

Preparatoria o bachillerato técnico  / High School Diploma or Technical School

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT (Under typical positions)
Asociado requiere uso de Equipo de Protección Personal: Zapatos de Seguridad, Respiradores, Guantes (goma), gafas de seguridad, fundas de laboratorio, entre otros.  
Puede exponerse a áreas con alcohol, acetona, CO2, pintura (aerosol) y otros humos. 
Se requiere que el asociado se pare y camine durante la mayor parte de la jornada laboral. Lo físico 
Los requisitos del trabajo son que los asociados hablen, escuchen, se doblen / agachen, se pongan en cuclillas, gateen, suban la altura, alcancen la altura de los hombros, se agachen, se arrodillen, se equilibren y empujen / tiren. Además, el trabajo requiere que los asociados levanten / carguen / empujen o tiren de hasta 50 libras con o sin asistencia.
Los asociados usan ambas manos para acciones repetitivas, como agarrar y manipular, así como ambos pies para controlar los pies operativos de movimiento repetitivo. Las habilidades de visión específicas requeridas por este trabajo incluyen visión cercana, visión periférica, percepción de profundidad y la capacidad de ajustar el enfoque. 
Se pueden hacer adaptaciones razonables para permitir que las personas con discapacidades realicen las funciones esenciales.
