Axiom Product Expert with Risk Regulatory Knowledge
CTG is seeking to fill an Axiom Product Expert with Risk Regulatory Knowledge opening for our client in Phoenix, AZ. Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: Ongoing Contract Duties: Lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of AxiomSL (now Adenza) platform for regulatory reporting. Collaborate with risk, compliance, finance, and IT stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Axiom. Develop and maintain data dictionaries, mappings, transformation logic, and control checks in Axiom to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports. Perform impact assessments and implement regulatory changes (e.g., Basel, CCAR, DFAST, PRA, FINREP, COREP) in the Axiom environment. Support testing and validation efforts, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Troubleshoot data and reporting issues, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. Contribute to strategic initiatives involving Axiom upgrades, architecture redesign, and data sourcing enhancements. Maintain governance documentation and support audit and regulatory review processes. Skills: Deep expertise in AxiomSL ControllerView platform including DataSource, DataModel, Workflow, and Report templates. Strong understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks (Basel III, CCAR, DFAST, PRA, COREP, FINREP, etc.). Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation. Knowledge of risk data aggregation and reporting (e.g., RWA, LCR, NSFR, ALM). Ability to interpret regulatory technical specifications and implement corresponding logic in Axiom. Familiarity with enterprise data architecture, risk systems, and banking products. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience: Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience as an Axiom Product Expert, including end-to-end implementation and support of regulatory reporting solutions. Demonstrated experience in interpreting and implementing risk and regulatory requirements. Experience working in banking or financial services, preferably in a regulatory reporting or risk technology function. Proven experience collaborating across functional teams including compliance, risk, finance, and IT. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (FRM, CFA, PMP, AxiomSL training) is a plus. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
