If so, please apply. **What You’ll Be Doing** You will be senior leader on the Global AWS Cloud team, developing the foundational services of cloud computing capabilities for Lilly. Additionally, you would be working as part of the larger cloud foundation team on strategy for all cloud services that will be offered to Lilly. In this role, you will work closely with various teams and customers to ensure the reliability, performance, innovation and continuous improvement of our cloud services. **How You’ll Succeed** + **Be Bold** - You will drive improvements through the use of AI and automation to streamline processes + **Be Fast** - You will accelerate initiatives by developing infrastructure as code patterns, AWS Service catalog items and automated end-to-end processes. + **Be Proactive** - You will have a unique chance to transform our foundational and operations processes using proactive, predictive, and automated AI & Observability capabilities. + **Be Your Best** - You will bring a high learning agility and cloud technical skills to help us enable the Lilly Technology strategy, identifying tech opportunities, and accelerate our AI and automation journey. **What You Should Bring** + **Cloud Platform Proficiency** : Expertise in the AWS cloud platforms is crucial. This includes a deep understanding of cloud services, architecture, monitoring and best practices for deployment, scaling, and management. + **Automation and Scripting** : Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash, configuration management tools such as Ansible, and familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. + **AI/ML Integration** : Basic knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools and experience in deploying and managing AI/ML models in a cloud environment. + **Security and Compliance** : Strong understanding of cloud security principles, compliance standards, and best practices for securing cloud environments. + **DevOps Practices** : Proficiency with DevOps practices to streamline and automate the development, deployment and operational processes. + **Agile Development:** Experience with Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira. + **Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills** : Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. This includes troubleshooting and optimizing cloud infrastructure + **Technical leadership** supporting enterprise grade infrastructure solutions and leading the deployment at multiple global locations. **Your Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical field + 5+ years in infrastructure management, focusing on multi-cloud environments, including 3+ years in cloud infrastructure. + Demonstrated experience leading and managing operations of a global large-scale Infrastructure service. **Additional Information:** + Hybrid role (minimum 3 days in the office) located in Indianapolis, IN (relocation required). + Expected US business hours with team after-hours support needs for evening and weekends. + Less than 10% travel. The anticipated wage for this position is $63,750 - $180,400 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
