Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned AWS Cloud Architect to design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure for small to mid-sized projects. You will be responsible for architectural planning, implementation oversight, technical consultation, and supporting cloud adoption efforts across teams.

Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design

Design and implement robust AWS infrastructure solutions (EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch).

Define architectural blueprints and frameworks tailored to business and technical needs.

Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate architecture decisions.

Create detailed design documents and lead reviews with stakeholders.

Ensure high availability, security, performance, and cost-efficiency in all architectural designs.

Technical Leadership & Delivery Oversight

Guide project teams through architecture implementation, offering hands-on technical leadership.

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and performance issues.

Review technical deliverables to ensure compliance with architectural standards.

Support project estimations, risk mitigation strategies, and sprint planning.

Consulting & Collaboration

Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Evaluate current infrastructure and provide migration or optimization strategies for AWS.

Stay current with evolving AWS services, making proactive recommendations for improvement.

Represent architecture in client discussions, proposals, and technical reviews.

DevOps & Automation

Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible for repeatable deployments.

Support CI/CD pipeline design and automation processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Implement cloud governance policies and cost optimization strategies.
