The primary responsibility of this role is to use AWS Bedrock to create support agents and automations to manage our current AEM platform and address user issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the environment and setup, as well as experience in building and deploying solutions using AWS Bedrock. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement support agents and automations using AWS Bedrock to enhance the functionality of our AEM platform. * Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to the AEM platform. * Proficiency in prompt engineering and RAG pipeline * Experience in building Agentic Generative AI applications * Fine-tune and optimize foundation models from AWS Bedrock for various use cases * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the AEM platform. * Maintain and optimize the existing environment to ensure high performance and reliability. * Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders. **Qualifications:** Must have Skills : * Proven experience with AWS Bedrock and automation tools. * Strong understanding of AEM platform and its environment/setup. * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear technical guidance. * Experience with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and inference optimization.
