JOB SUMMARY
The Marcus US Marketing team is a business critical, data driven team responsible for marketing campaigns and channel ownership across the marketing funnel, including customer communications development and an in-house creative services team. We are hyper-focused on prospect and customer experiences, ensuring our marketing and digital presence are impactful, clear, and effective.
As a Communication Operations Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the workflow and project management of the Communication Operations and Creative Services teams within the Marcus US Marketing team. This includes managing intake meetings for new requests, developing development timelines, monitoring project progress, and ultimately managing change as it occurs. Project Management would be across mediums, including design/copy requests for emails, paper letters, digital ads, web/UX copy, and other digital assets.
