Description
We're seeking a data-driven marketing professional to optimize brand performance and drive growth through various Amazon marketing channels. This role combines analytical expertise with strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and customer engagement. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, and fast growing business.
The successful candidate will be tasked to develop strategies and managing the execution of acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives for their managed brands, primarily via Amazon MX category stores and events, our automated channels and improving CX.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be innovative, team oriented, an effective communicator across functions and levels, have a desire to participate in change, and appreciate a highly entrepreneurial environment with rapidly changing priorities. We are seeking someone with proven track record in project management, deep analytical skills, and ability to simplify and scale.
Key job responsibilities
Lead monthly performance analysis and reporting across marketing channels, focusing on customer segmentation and engagement metrics
Drive strategic marketing campaigns and seasonal events, including vendor partnerships and new product launches
Optimize brand presence through store performance analysis and improvement recommendations
Manage outbound marketing campaigns and monitor key performance indicators
Spearhead conversion rate optimization initiatives through feature adoption and program participation
Collaborate cross-functionally with Ads, Vendor Management, and Marketing teams

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience in a marketing role and proficient with analytic tools
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience in a marketing role
- English fluency
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of analytic tools
- Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
