Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. 

Overall Purpose:

An experienced attorney with 7+ years of antitrust legal experience, including Hart-Scott-Rodino pre-merger filings, U.S. and foreign competition agency investigation work, and antitrust counseling. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Counsels clients regarding proposed business transactions and competitor collaborations and provides antitrust compliance advice and training.  Handles antitrust agency inquiries regarding conduct and merger matters.  Advises company on antitrust implications of strategic business decisions. 

Education: Requires a law degree and an active license in good standing to practice law in assigned state.

Experience: Typically requires 7 or more years of experience in a law firm antitrust practice or in government (Federal Trade Commission or Department of Justice Antitrust Division).

An AVP Senior Legal Counsel earns between $231,700 - $347,500 USD annually, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
