Inviting applications for the role of AVP, EDI Testing, Automation Program Oversight

In this role, you will be working closely with the client stake holders onsite while managing the QA/Test activities including Test Strategy creation, review and offshore coordination.

Responsibilities

Define and own the Test Strategy across multiple EDI integrations developed using MuleSoft integration technology.

Lead a distributed QA team (onshore/offshore) and manage delivery timelines and quality benchmarks.

Drive test automation strategy and execution using tools like Selenium, Postman, or ReadyAPI.

Liaise with program stakeholders and participate in governance forums.

Establish quality KPIs, reporting dashboards, and defect management processes.

Conduct risk assessments, audits, and test coverage evaluations.

Support UAT planning, execution, and coordination with business user

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

QA experience with exp as a QA Lead or Manager.

Proven experience creating and implementing test strategies in enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.

Experience in stakeholder management and working in Agile/Scrum programs.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience in MuleSoft testing (API testing, MUnit, integration validation).

Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

ISTQB Advanced Certification or equivalent.

Knowledge of cloud platforms and CI/CD test integration.

Experience with compliance or regulated environments (HIPAA, PCI, SOX)

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
