Short Description Provide administrative and strategic leadership for the entire range of programs in procedural departments. Responsible for overseeing operations as well as driving strategic vision, overall efficiency, service, and profitability within our procedural portfolio with the Vice President and Medical Director of the Institute. Serve as a member of Cooper’s Senior Leadership team, assisting with the achievement of Cooper’s Procedural oversight and corporate goals. Perform duties as assigned by Chief Nursing Officer and in partnership with the Vice Presidents of the procedural institutes. Experience Required In-depth knowledge of strategic planning and business development. Require demonstrated experience in Disease-Based Care, Hospital Operations, Nursing Management.Experience working with budgets and financial management. Education RequirementsMaster's Degree required (MBA, MSN, and MHA, MA).
License/Certification RequirementsRegistered Nurse in NJ.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated, successful managerial background. Well-developed organizational, analytical and negotiating skills. Literate in MS Office software.
