AVP-Key Accounts

What You’ll Do:

Manage and grow relationships with strategic enterprise clients. Drive upselling, cross-selling, contract renewals, and long-term partnerships. Develop & execute strategies to expand brewing solutions in key industries. Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams for customized enterprise solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction, service SLAs, and operational excellence. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Key Account Managers.

 

What We’re Looking For:

10–15 years of experience in Enterprise Sales / Key Account Management with at least 5 years in leadership. Strong B2B account management background; exposure to IoT devices, food-tech, or SaaS preferred. Proven track record in managing large corporate accounts & revenue portfolios. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. MBA/PGDM preferred.
