You and Your Job

As an AVP - Finance Optimization, you will be successful by collaboratively leading initiatives that streamline Finance operations across North America by delivering data-driven solutions.

This professional will be tasked with defining, reporting on or otherwise developing new structures for automated business intelligence in ways that will assist North America Finance departments in streamlining their processes and decision making. Report writing can be a significant component of this role. This position will utilize tools like Power BI and work with teams of Data Warehouse developers and with the North America Data Product lead.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting - Captures requirements and builds business cases for development of automated reporting solutions or partner with Product Owner in establishing appropriate prioritization of Data Warehouse backlog items.

Continuous Improvement - Deliver process improvements and automation solutions in partnership with business stakeholders following the principles of Lean Six Sigma.

Stakeholder Management - Manage and liaise with a variety of stakeholders such as data engineers, product teams, data stewards and department managers.

Data and Business Analysis – Conduct research and analysis on datasets and business processes alike to produce context and understanding that can be translated into opportunities for improvement.

Data Quality and Governance – Support Rabobank’s global data management program including Data Issue Management, Data Quality Monitoring and Data Stewardship. Provide tools and insights to identify, scope and mitigate data issues.

To be considered for the AVP - Finance Optimization role, you must have:

Bachelor’s Degree

5+ years of relevant work experience

Experience working with report and query languages (e.g. SQL, DAX)

Experience working with reporting platforms (e.g. Power BI)

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
