SWBC is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the strategy, planning, execution, and oversight of our Contract & Supplier Management (C&SM) Programs. This role encompasses Procurement, and Third-Party Risk Management forming the backbone of our supplier engagement and risk mitigation efforts. The AVP will play a pivotal role in ensuring a stable, efficient, and compliant supply chain, while driving cost savings, performance improvements, and risk reduction across the enterprise.

Essential duties include the following:
Leads the execution and continuous improvement of C&SM programs aligned with organizational goals.Supports the development of a Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive transformation and best practices across sourcing and supplier management.Oversees supplier selection processes, including RFx facilitation, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.Manages supplier relationships, including onboarding, contract lifecycle, and dispute resolution.Identifies opportunities for cost reduction, standardization, and strategic sourcing.Coordinates due diligence, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring of third-party relationships.Ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Partners with internal risk and legal teams to maintain robust governance frameworks.Collaborates with Treasury and Accounts Payable to ensure seamless financial operations.Serves as system administrator for C&SM platforms and oversee contract/supplier repositories.Drives process automation and technology enhancements to improve visibility and control.Leads reporting and analytics efforts, including KPIs, dashboards, and procurement risk registers.Supervises and mentors C&SM staff, fostering skill development across sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.Collaborates with HR to implement talent management strategies and succession planning.Promotes a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).Eight (8) years of progressive experience in procurement, supplier management, or third-party risk.Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs.Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, contract law, risk management, and procurement systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.SWBC offers*:
