AVP, Technology Issues Governance
Job Description: **Role Summary/Purpose:** Provide Strategic management and review of Issues within Technology Function. Subject matter expert for categories of Issues and responsible for managing Issues within Technology functions to close. **_Our Way of Working_** **_We're proud to offer you choice and flexibility. Occasionally you may be required to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events._** **Essential Responsibilities** **Management of Issues to Closure:** + Demonstrate mastery of eGRC by logging and routing Issues within Technology and it's L2 Processes. + Provide guidance to Process/Issue Owners on Issue actions, action plan timelines, and closure requirements. + Provide instructions to Process Owners on transacting Issues within eGRC and Potential Issue Intake Form (PIIF) process. + Reduce the number of escalated Issues through early intervention and continuous feedback to Issue and Action Owners and key stakeholders. + Develop and maintain Issue Evidence closure templates that provide 'paint by the number' functionality to Issue and Action Owners and allow easy, intuitive review and closure of Issues. + Ensure newly deemed Issues are thoroughly vetted with appropriate key stakeholders, process owner and 2LoD to log issues and actions into eGRC. + Review and Close Actions and Issues in a timely manner. **Additional Duties:** + Lead and facilitate functional Issue Governance Review Meetings including the creation/publication of Issue Review decks. + Provide assistance with Process Owned remediations. + Mentor and develop an indirect report in their responsibilities to develop Functional Issue review decks, internal Technology Technology Issue Governance reporting, and delivery of various process templates. + Serve as Sharepoint Administrator for Technology Issues Management SharePoint page, building supporting tools and reference material. + Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned **Qualifications/Requirements:** + Bachelor's Degree or in lieu of degree, HS Diploma/GED and 4 years' experience in an Business Management Analytic, Operations, Technology, or similar. + Minimum 3+ years progressive analytical and/or project management experience with ability to demonstrate leadership, and execution, + Minimum of 3 years managing process improvement initiatives and/or process management/controls experience. **Desired Characteristics:** + Superior understanding of reporting use-cases and methods of conveying technology information to end-users; + Expertise in Issue Management theory and practice; + Experience with eGRC to include logging and routing Issues within Technology and it's L2 Processes. + Excellent communication skills including strong presentation skills; + Strong working knowledge of SharePoint; + Demonstrated success facilitating pressure-packed rhythms; + Success as a strong contributor with a track record of leveraging key stakeholders and cross functional teams for business success and achievement of stretch goals; + Excellent relationship building skills across peer teams, functions, and key business stakeholders; + Outstanding project planning and execution skills; + Strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate needs/opportunities, with a strong work ethic; + Competent computer skills including strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and project planning and execution tools **Grade/Level: 11** The salary range for this position is **90,000.00 - 155,000.00** USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle. **Eligibility Requirements:** + You must be 18 years or older + You must have a high school diploma or equivalent + You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process + You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. + New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
