AVP, Strategic Sales Executive -E-commerce Fulfillment

Essential Job Functions:

Identify and pursue net-new business opportunities across the U.S. with e-commerce brands, retailers, and DTC companies looking for fulfillment and final-mile solutions. Build a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and leveraging Hub Group’s marketing and business development support. Lead the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting and discovery through solution design, proposal, and close. Understand each prospect’s e-commerce supply chain challenges and tailor Hub Group’s fulfillment, warehousing, and transportation solutions to meet their needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (solutions engineering, operations, legal, and pricing) to deliver client-specific proposals and implementations. Stay ahead of industry trends including order automation, final-mile delivery, carrier optimization, peak planning, and multi-node fulfillment. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new business targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong record of closing net-new business in logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, or supply chain technology. Experience selling to fast-growing e-commerce companies, brands, or omnichannel retailers. Strong understanding of DTC fulfillment models, SLAs (2-day, same-day), inventory management, and value-added services. Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders (Ops, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain). Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-starter mindset with a high sense of ownership and urgency — you’re not waiting for leads, you’re creating them. Experience using CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and sales engagement platforms.

Salary Range: $101,000 - $120,000/year base salary plus eligibility for additional incentive/equity programs 

This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however it may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand.
