The Associate VP, Stars Improvement develops, implements, and manages oversight of the company's Medicare/Medicaid Stars Program. Directs all Stars quality improvement programs and initiatives. The Associate VP, Stars Improvement requires a in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across segments and/or enterprise-wide.
The Associate VP, Stars Improvement develops programs designed to increase the plan quality. Partners with leaders regarding implementation planning. Reviews and communicates results of programs. Decisions are typically related to intradepartmental coordination, development and implementation of strategic plans, and business outcomes, and develops and implements strategic plans for the scope of management that are aligned with the Segment or Business strategy.

Required Qualifications
