The AVP Digital Creative leads the strategic vision and creation of brand positioning and messaging across digital platforms. They guide the development of innovative campaigns to gain the attention of new customers while deepening existing customer relationships ensuring consistent branding that drives business growth and elevates experiences. This role requires a digital visionary leader with a deep understanding of digital commerce, UX/UI, and emerging technology—including AI—to shape compelling, actionable stories across platforms. They will inspire teams, challenge norms, and collaborate cross-functionally to craft brand moments that captivate, convert, and elevate.
ResponsibilitiesSet the Vision: Lead and evolve the digital brand strategy across web, mobile, email, and social platforms with breakthrough ideas and powerful storytelling.Create to Drive Action: Translate seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives into high-impact experiences that drive both emotional connection and conversion.Elevate Execution: Guide best-in-class digital creative—from art direction and copy to interactive content—ensuring a consistent and immersive brand experience.Inspire & Innovate: Push creative, tech, and cross-functional teams to explore what’s next. Champion AI and emerging tools to advance output and efficiency.Lead the Digital Studio: Oversee photography, content creation, and asset production—ensuring the highest quality across speed-to-market pipelines.Fuel Insights into Ideas: Partner with marketing, UX, product, and analytics teams to translate customer behavior, trend data, and platform innovation into breakthrough creative.Grow & Empower Talent: Lead a hard-working team of designers, content producers, and digital storytellers—instilling culture, collaboration, and courage.Qualifications10+ years of leadership in digital creative roles within a fast-paced industry (experience in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion is a plus)A proven track record of leading innovative, high-performing campaigns across platforms—balancing brand and businessExperience working with (or building) AI-powered creative workflows or future-forward content toolsA strong portfolio showcasing digital storytelling, brand innovation, and user-centric designExpert understanding of direct to consumer, ecommerce, mobile-first content, and social media ecosystemsAbility to lead cross-functional teams with influence, speed, and positivityComfortable challenging senior leaders while maintaining a collaborative approachEducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceCore Competencies
