Responsibilities:
+ Assist to formulate channel strategy and planning: develop and implement end-to-end channel strategy that aligns the priorities of the bank and achieve business KPIs
+ Optimize the development and expansion of all channels:
+ Continue to drive the growth engine for Citigold and Citigold Private Client segments with productivity uplift and segment led initiatives
+ Develop and drive business in both manned and digital channel and construct the best-in-class Omni-channel engagements experiences for clients
+ Collaborate with global teams in the areas of product, marketing, sales motivation, process to ensure clients’ demand and feedback from sales platform are well considered to drive local sales relevance.
+ Manage stakeholders to keep strong collaboration and amplify the strong partnership proposition
+ Emphasize on performance monitoring: drive the analysis of sales performance for different channels, sales targets, KPI, and other metrics to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for sales uplift
+ Foster strong relationships with channel partners and sales leaders through regular communication and review to address their pain points.
Qualification:
+ BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/ experience
+ Licensing qualifications (HKSI 1,7,8)
Education/Experience:
+ 2-5 years’ banking/finance experience in retail banking field
