TOGETHER WE WIN® **THE OPPORTUNITY** The AVP, Business Process Administrator will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the EVP, Head of Payments, supporting the development and execution of initiatives across the Payments Division. This division encompasses both Card Issuing and Merchant Acquiring business units, which are currently in the early stages of development. As such, this role will play a critical role in building foundational processes, procedures, and reporting frameworks to support scalable growth and operational excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong blend of project management, executive support, and cross-functional coordination skills. This role will be instrumental in driving internal initiatives, preparing executive-level materials, and serving as a key liaison between Payments and other departments including Marketing, Risk, and Sales. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates. **HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE** **Strategic & Operational Support** + Partner with the EVP, Head of Payments to support strategic planning and execution across the Card Issuing and Merchant Acquiring units. + Support functions including management of email inboxes and call center support. + Develop and implement new business processes, procedures, and reporting mechanisms to support the evolving needs of the Payments Division. + Monitor and analyze monthly performance metrics for the Payments business unit, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. **Project Management** + Manage small to medium-sized projects within the Payments Division, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals. Projects that fall within the scale of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) will require alignment and coordination with EPMO to ensure the project management policies and framework are adhered to. + Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to support project execution and resolve operational challenges. **Executive Communications & Reporting** + Prepare high-impact presentations and briefing materials for quarterly Payments Sub-Committee and Enterprise Risk Committee meetings. + Draft executive summaries, dashboards, performance reports and meeting minutes for senior leadership review. **Administrative Leadership** + Provide executive administrative support to senior leaders within the Payments team, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up coordination. + Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. **Sales & Client Engagement** + Serve as the primary planner for Payments-related sales initiatives and client events, including logistics, content development, and stakeholder coordination. + Collaborate with Sales leadership to align event strategy with business development goals. **Marketing & Campaign Management** + Act as the liaison between the Payments Division and the Marketing team to support campaign development, sales materials and execution. + In coordination with Marketing track and report on the success of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts + Treat people with respect; keep commitments; inspire the trust of others; work ethically and with integrity; uphold organizational values; accept responsibility for own actions. + Demonstrates knowledge of and adherence to EEO policy; shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences; educates others on the value of diversity; promotes working environment free of harassment of any type; builds a diverse workforce and supports affirmative action. + Follows policies and procedures; completes tasks correctly and on time; supports the company’s goals and values. + Performs the position safely, without endangering the health or safety to themselves or others and will be expected to report potentially unsafe conditions.
