**Job Description:** Our client is seeking five experienced Avionics Technicians to join a high-profile aircraft completion project (BBJ & ACJ) in Georgetown, Delaware. This is a full-year opportunity to work on cutting-edge avionics systems in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities:** -Perform avionics assembly and installations on aircraft -Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical and electronic systems -Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure quality and compliance **Must Haves:** -5+ years of hands-on avionics experience on aircraft -Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems, including installation, assembly, and diagnostics -Soldering and wire harness assembly experience -Experience with Airbus & Boeing aircraft preferred, but all airframe backgrounds will be considered **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
