Box 8 Flexible Work Arrangement: Onsite Job Category: Aircraft Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Career Level: Professional Requisition Id: 4369 **Position Summary** As an Avionics Engineer of Jet Aviation, you will be responsible for successfully carry out maintenance tasks on an aircraft in accordance with Jet Aviation procedures and aviation regulations. **Main Responsibilities** + Prepares and maintains records of completed maintenance repair work + Represents Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network + Ensure maintenance performed on aircraft systems is conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures + Certification of work and release of aircraft systems complies with relevant License Categories **Minimum Requirements** + B2 Engineer by trade + B1 as an additional qualification + B1+B2 EASA / GCAA or ICAO NAA equivalent AMEL + 5 X B1/B2 Gulfstream Type Ratings + FAA A&P certificate as an added qualification + PC-12 and PC-24 as an added qualification + Minimum 5 years certifying experience in a part-145 AMO + Battery shop approvals are an added advantage + Can independently inspect and sign off aircraft and tasks + One or more business relevant A/C Type ratings (based on business needs) + Good ERP system knowledge + English minimum B2 level + Additional specific knowledge, skills, abilities & other characteristics as required in the relevant MOE might apply + Experience working in an aircraft maintenance facility performing system maintenance and modifications + Able to run several projects at once + General Aviation Installation and Design experience + Demonstrated understanding of Aviation regulatory requirements for Aircraft systems maintenance + People Management skills in an operational environment + Experience in a customer focused work environment with multiple priorities and project deadlines + Computer literate at basic level in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems + Company and Customer focused + Result driven + Proactive and self-motivated + Team Player **Desired Characteristics** + Ability to perform his tasks independently + Ability to respect Jet Aviation procedure + Ability to respect Health and Safety policy + Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability + Customer focused – externally focused - strong market perspective + Strong personal values corresponding with Jet Aviation values (THAT)
