Ready to put your Aviation expertise to work at IAH, HOU, and EFD Airports in Houston? Parsons is now hiring an experienced Senior Program Manager to support the Domestic Terminal Redevelopment Program at IAH.
Experience
1. Establishment of collaborative relationships with stakeholders involved in planning, design, construction, testing and turn-over of airport facilities (airport, community and government).
2. Direct experience in the collection and analysis of stakeholder information for complex airport terminal projects.
3. Management services associated with operations, commissioning, Operation Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) and closeout phases of complex terminals and other passenger handling facilities at domestic and international airports.
4. General working knowledge of the architectural, engineering and systems elements of airport terminals and support facilities.
5. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the management of terminal facilities as a designer, project manager or operations manager at large hub airports.
Responsibilities
Lead the performance of the stakeholder engagement process with the foreign flag carriers for the International Terminal Redevelopment Program (ITRP).
1. Serve as the Point of Contact for stakeholder communications.
2. Perform stakeholder engagement interviews and meetings to collect input for project design criteria.
3. Collaborate with ITRP leadership and project management teams regarding analysis of stakeholder requirements.
4. Facilitate collaborative communication with all stakeholders for successful delivery of the overall ITRP program.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
