About the Role
You will work in collaboration with our Aviation leadership and the West Central US Cities and Places Market team to develop and implement an Aviation strategy for West Central US. This effort includes maintaining a team of Aviation architects and engineers to deliver our client's most challenging projects and to foster the growth of our West Central Aviation Group.
As a practice leader, you are responsible for driving the growth of the Aviation practice to advance our Transportation and Cities and Places business unit's strategic goals. In this role, you will also be responsible for understanding the unique trends in the market and using that knowledge to work with our team to create technical differentiation from that of our competitors while serving as an important conduit between our National Market Solution (technology) Leaders, West Central Sales Leaders, and our operations (delivery) leadership and practice staff in our Cities and Places Business Unit.

As an experienced member of our team, you will serve as an external client-facing leader to help manage our largest and most complicated projects and client services in planning, design and services during construction. Your tole may also include client interaction for Program Management services. In addition to serving our clients, you’ll play an integral role in mentoring junior staff, forming long-term relationships with clients and pursuing new work, including marketing and strategy development, positioning, procuring, and negotiating contracts. As Sr. Project Manager, you will lead multidiscipline teams and will work with our internal Project Managers to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and help advance our business development strategies. Key Responsibilities

* You'll integrate with our local teams who are committed to growing our professional services portfolio in our region and across the US.
* You'll build upon your understanding of the Aviation Market and organize and develop teams to pursue consulting & advisory, planning, design, PMCM, and alternative delivery work.
* You'll lead client service teams for existing and new clients across our region and the west, helping develop and implement our broader Transportation market growth strategy through direct, in-person and virtual interactions with client organizations.
* You will lead or support building strategic win-win relationships with other consulting firms and contractors as partners.

* BA in Architecture.
* At least 15 years of progressive experience in capital improvements with a specialty in Transportation projects, and a particular emphasis on Aviation.
* At least 10 years of management experience; developing and leading procurement teams.
* Experience developing strategies for growth including brand development; and a successful track record of guiding proposals to a successful outcome.
* Experience leading pursuit teams and interviewing for projects with prospective clients
Ideally, You'll Also Have
* Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure architecture, engineering design and construction project
* Experience with Alternate Delivery including DB, PDB, and CMGC
