Aviation Architect Project Manager

Jacobs is seeking a skilled Aviation Architect Project Manager to lead and oversee complex airport design projects. This role combines architectural expertise with project management skills to deliver innovative and efficient aviation facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and execution of airport projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee the development of architectural designs, ensuring compliance with aviation standards and regulations
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and other project stakeholders
• Review and approve design documents, technical specifications, and construction drawings
• Mentor junior architects and team members, fostering professional growth and development
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture; additional qualifications in Project Management preferred
• Professional architectural license and PMP certification or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in aviation architecture, with at least 3 years in a project management role
• Demonstrated expertise in airport design principles, FAA regulations, and industry best practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and architectural design tools
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
