This role provides a strong foundation in the fundamentals of aviation insurance, offering the opportunity to build the knowledge and skills needed to excel into a future career as a broker.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with quote review and comparison, ensuring binder and policy accuracy, and preparing documentation for senior broker review. Maintaining accurate account files by organizing binders, policies, endorsements, certificates and correspondence in our cloud-based filing system. Supporting account managers and senior brokers with the certificate issuance process—populating templates, tracking special wording requirements, and ensuring timely delivery. Generating client invoices, verifying premiums and applicable taxes, and coordinating with accounting to resolve discrepancies. Building and/or maintaining spreadsheets to track premiums, claims, and exposure data, and may contribute to the preparation of client-ready reports or summaries. Updating internal filing systems with current policy and client data, maintaining accurate records, and following internal task management checklists to ensure seamless service delivery.
Additional responsibilities may include assisting senior brokers with renewal preparation, another important function, requiring the analyst to compile submission materials such as loss runs and exposure data, and to assist with timeline tracking and deliverable coordination.
This role requires a high level of organization, accuracy, and responsiveness to support the team's high service standards.

Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $65,000– $85,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
