Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking to hire an AV Installation Manager to lead a high-performing team of 50+ field technicians across Southern California. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role70% of your time will be spent in the field, visiting job sites, conducting quality checks, and supporting your crew. The remaining 30% will be spent in the office, handling strategic planning, training, and cross-functional meetings. Responsibilities include:  · Lead and manage a team of 25 AV technicians  · Conduct site visits, quality checks, and team check-ins  · Handle incoming calls from field staff and troubleshoot issues  · Participate in manager meetings with sales and operations  · Interview, hire, and onboard new technicians  · Develop and execute training programs and improvement plans  · Collaborate with operations coordinator for fleet and material logistics  · Attend weekly synergy days with team at the office Maintain high visibility and accountability across job sites We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
