As a Administrative Assistant you will create productive information for decision-making, facilitates communication between departments, organizes important information and ensures that administrative processes flow smoothly while keeping us running at our best. You will report to your direct manager.

Support to the programming side for diverse reports

Data analysis

Reporting

Database management and updating of records

Qualifications

Basic Excel Intermediate

Manage Oracle production platform

Lean manufacturing

Health and safety basic knowledge

Standards such as ISO 9000

Knowledge in industrial operations

Knowledge in quality management

Inventory process control.

1 year experience (Desirable)

Graduated

Chemical Engineering or related field
