QualificationsA completed qualification as Master Craftsman (Kfz-Meister), State-Certified Technician (staatlich geprüfter KFZ-Techniker), or equivalentPractical experience in diagnostics, repair, and service - from a dealership or workshop environmentA genuine interest in training and education - prior training experience is helpful but not requiredSolid English skills (written and spoken) for developing and delivering training contentStrong self-organization, curiosity, and a proactive mindset for continuous learningYou communicate clearly and confidently - and know how to connect with different people, whether they are from other countries or have different technical backgroundsA car drivers license is required, and a truck drivers license would be an advantage
