Responsibilities:

Proper titling of new, used and wholesale sales for the dealershipEnsures retail transactions are processed in a timely wayPrepares purchase and trade-in documentationContacts banks to obtain lien releasesPrepares tax and title documentsVerify the costs and transactions for each vehicle saleAssist in creating and processing leasing and loan paperworkProvide additional administrative support as needed

Qualifications: 

Previous Texas title clerk experience in an auto dealership or tag agencyKnowledge of out-of-state titles is a plusCDK knowledge is a plusPrevious experience working in a busy office environment preferreStrong attention to detailExcellent follow-through skillHigh school diploma or equivalent
