Job Description:
This position handles day-to-day service issues. He/She works with hourly and management staff to address process, safety, staffing, and training. This position coordinates the needs and efforts of employees to ensure customer satisfaction is met. He/She facilitates the smooth execution of procedures and management of systems.
Responsibilities:
Diagnosing vehicle technical failures; providing professional advice on repair and other technical servicesProviding on-site technical support, quality control and performing regular maintenance and inspection of vehiclesAssisting to manage fleet daily operationsCommunicating and following up vehicle maintenance work with vehicle maintenance vendors.Performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisorsRequirements:
Higher Certificate in Mechanical with basic automotive engineering Minimum 2 years of relevant working experienceSelf-motivated, independent and able to work under pressureWith valid Class 1,2 is a mustWith valid 18, 19 or 20 Driving License will be an advantageCommercial vehicle maintenance working experience will be an advantageService advisor in Automobile industry working experience will be an advantageWork location: Kowloon Bay
