Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to manage others (Military experience is a major plus!)Automotive repair center experience (three years or more preferred)Reliable transportation to and from workAbility to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and eveningsBe able to stand for extended periods and climb stairsHave effective interpersonal, and oral communication skillsAbility to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentagesKnowledge of cash handling, facility management, and safety best practices

Forecast goals and objectives for the repair center and lead the team to meet them.Facilitate and conduct technical training as needed.Monitor technician productivityEstablish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimize comebacks.
