The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Automotive/IT industry, will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Consulting Analyst will play a key role in analyzing data providing insights and supporting our clients in optimizing their operations. Responsibilities • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that can drive business decisions. • Provide actionable recommendations to clients based on thorough analysis and industry knowledge. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions. • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes and findings. • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. • Support clients in optimizing their transportation and logistics operations. • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to solve complex business problems. • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing findings and recommendations. • Assist in the development of project plans and timelines. • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. • Provide training and support to clients on new systems and processes. • Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and client expectations. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies. Qualifications • Possess a strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data. • Have experience in the Automotive industry. •At least 1 year of experience in the IT industry. • Demonstrate proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel SQL and data visualization software. • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills. • Show strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Hold a degree in Business Economics or a related field. • Have experience working in a consulting environment. • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. • Display a proactive approach to learning and professional development. • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills. • Show commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations. • Have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
