The ideal candidate will have expertise in Catia FMEA Solidworks Creo UG NX and Wire Harness Design. This role requires a strong background in Auto-Detailed design. The position is based in our office and may require travel. Proficiency in English is essential. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and development of mechanical components and systems using Catia Solidworks and Creo. + Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed design documentation and specifications. + Provide expertise in FMEA to identify and mitigate potential design risks. + Utilize UG NX for advanced mechanical design and simulation tasks. + Develop and optimize wire harness designs for automotive applications. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are met. + Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product quality. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all design activities. + Perform detailed analysis and testing to validate design performance and reliability. + Support manufacturing teams in resolving design-related issues during production. + Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components. + Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as needed. + Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders. **Qualifications** + Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering. + Should have strong proficiency in Catia Solidworks Creo and UG NX. + Must have experience with FMEA and wire harness design. + Should have a solid understanding of Auto-Detailed design principles. + Must be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak). + Should be willing to travel as required. + Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities. + Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Should have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving design challenges. + Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development. + Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices. + Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
