\nOverall Purpose\n

Assisting in consulting and supplier development services and ensure high-level customer service and problem solving with the supplier and customer in cases of customer dissatisfaction, process issues, change of scope or delivery, performance issues, Quality Management Systems.\nMay Report to\n

TRIGO Quality Solutions Director of Auditing, Consulting and Training for North America\nResponsibilities\nClient relationship & Business development\n\nServe as TRIGO's primary contact with the Supplier\nReport out to Supplier and mandating Customer\nPerform other activities related to the scope of work agreed upon with the Customer\n\nOperations\n\nPerform a process or QMS audit at Supplier location to determine areas of discrepancy in systems or processes \n\n

Organization & Management\n\nAssist Supplier team to develop systemic action plans for all items found\nAssist in implementing action plans where appropriate\nDocument Customer performance metrics and complaint history\nPrepare reports as needed\nVerify\/determine effectiveness of all actions taken\n\nTechnical \n\nReview QMS system to ensure it meets the IATF 16949:2016 or VDA 6.3 standard requirements\n\nOther \n\nAny other duties as assigned\n\nKnowledge, skills, abilities\n\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Comprehensive experience in Quality Engineering and Management in Automotive, Heavy Transportation, Aerospace or Defense industries. \n

\u00b7 Certification as a IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3 auditor\n

\u00b7 Experience in APQP, PPAP, and Quality Core Tools\n

\u00b7 Six Sigma certification considered a plus\n

\u00b7 20+ years manufacturing experience\n

\u00b7 Minimum 10 years Quality experience (Automotive)\n\n \n\n\n\nEducation background\n\n\n\n\n
